Express Courier (2–3 Business Days)
Our default shipping method uses DHL and FedEx express services. Most in-stock orders placed before 15:00 local time ship the same day.
- Europe: 1–2 business days from Eindhoven hub
- USA & Canada: 2–3 business days from Austin / Mississauga
- Asia-Pacific: 2–4 business days from Singapore
- Rest of World: 3–5 business days
Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold via national postal services.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from date of delivery for unused, unopened items. Custom or special-order components may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Contact our customer service team to request an RMA number
- Ship the items back in original packaging
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection
